FLEXIBLE GRILL
The 56 cm multi-level flexible grill is included as standard, providing you with maximum flexibility when cooking with your Kamado Sumo and offering more versatility than a standard grill. The system includes two half-moon shaped deflector plates, two half-moon shaped grill grates, and a multi-level frame. These components can be assembled and adjusted to your preferences, giving you the greatest possible flexibility and ease of use in your cooking. Multi-level cooking allows for different cooking methods with various heat zones within the same kamado.
