FIREBOX
This model features the latest innovation with a divided internal ceramic firebox to ensure greater durability and optimized airflow. The stainless steel charcoal basket is included as standard in this professional model to simplify handling charcoal residue. The bottom section serves as an ash pan where ash and small charcoal remnants can be easily collected and cleaned when tidying the barbecue. The ceramic firebox has an opening for the inspection hatch.
SIDE TABLE
The side tables are crafted from stainless steel with a classic and elegant design. They are equipped with hangers on each side to keep tools and other accessories easily accessible while grilling. They provide a stable surface for resting items when you're working at the grill, and you can always place your drink there when you want to relax. Additionally, you'll find Johan Jureskog's signature engraved on one of the tables.

The stainless steel top vent is designed to allow optimized airflow for better temperature control. Its innovative design offers unlimited possibilities, allowing the entire top section to be opened for maximum airflow at very high temperatures. At the same time, the elegant design allows for precise adjustment of airflow to a very fine level, letting you regulate the temperature exactly as desired for smoking and slow cooking.
INSPECTION HATCH
The Signature Midi is equipped with an inspection hatch that also functions as a chip feeder, should you need to add more smoking chips during the process. The advantage is being able to look inside at the embers to check their condition without having to open the lid, which helps prevent large temperature fluctuations during cooking.
